Lloyd Reeb

Lloyd Reeb is an executive coach, speaker, author, and entrepreneur. He grew up in Philadelphia and attended McGill University in Montreal. Lloyd began his career in banking, but his entrepreneurial nature led him to build his first housing development in his early twenties. Real estate became his primary focus and Lloyd found a strategic niche in retirement housing developments. His early success in developing exceptional retirement complexes enabled him to transition to focus on other passions, specifically pouring into high-capacity leaders.

Lloyd still maintains his real estate business, but the majority of his energy over the past twenty years has been spent building the worldwide halftime movement of leaders who are seeking greater meaning, joy, and impact in their second half. Together with his mentor, the late Bob Buford, Lloyd helped launch the Halftime Institute over twenty years ago. Since then, he has clocked over 20,000 hours of coaching, and has traveled the world speaking and living out his mission statement as “a thought leader who mobilizes high-capacity business leaders to make an eternal impact.”

Lloyd is the author of From Success to Significance: When the Pursuit of Success Isn’t Enough; The Second Half: Real Stories, Real Adventures, Real Significance; and along with his wife, Linda, wrote Halftime for Couples. Lloyd and Linda live in Mooresville, NC. They have been married for more than 30 years and have three adult children, all married, and three precious grandchildren.
