What Is Halftime?

Pupose[2]

Halftime is the in-between season that occurs at about age 45, plus or minus a few years. It’s the time first described in the book, Halftime – the season of “now what?” In our time, halftime really marks the end of Life I and the beginning of this whole new second adult season that we’ve identified as Life II or the second half. Halftime used to be the beginning of the end. Now it is the beginning of a whole new beginning: a season that for many has turned out to be the richest and most meaning-filled season of all.

You’re Not Alone

Hundreds of people throughout the Carolinas have been served by Halftime for more than fifteen years. As a result, today there’s a seasoned team of people right here in our area who have been through Halftime in their own life and are trained and equipped to help you make sense out of your second half. As well, many Halftime Alumni are now leading organizations and ministries that may be places where you could begin to explore exciting new opportunities.

How Do You Get There From Here?

This is not a journey you want to take on your own. A local Halftime Roundtable will provide you with the proven process you need, stories and case studies to make it come alive for you, peers around who can bring much-needed insight and perspective and time to listen to God and those you love as you build a game plan. A certified Halftime Coach can be a helpful guide – even the fastest swimmer in the world has a coach.
