About Your Facilitators
Tim and Deborah Gardner live in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and have been married for 43 years. They have two children and eight grandchildren, who also live in Winston-Salem. Deborah worked in marketing roles with several firms early in her career but has spent the greatest part of her career pouring into her family. She has been involved in leading women’s ministry for over 30 years. Deborah is an avid runner, cyclist, swimmer and pickle ball player, and enjoys golf with her friends. Her greatest passion is organizing and doing events with her eight grandchildren, ages 13-5. Tim retired from corporate life in 2014, after working as an executive with a conglomerate in Chicago. He currently does some board work, but the bulk of his time is focused on working with several Christian-based organizations including Halftime and Winston-Salem Fellows. He also serves as an Elder at Reynolda Church in Winston-Salem. He is an avid golfer and enjoys encouraging his grandchildren in their sports and other activities. Tim and Deborah have co-led one Halftime Couples event and have facilitated couples ministry sessions through their churches over the years. Tracy and Pamela Howe have been married for over 41 years and live in downtown Cary, NC. Tracy has recently retired as COO of the YMCA of the Triangle after 46 years of service and now works as a leadership coach. Pamela is a successful massage therapist and yoga instructor, starting her own business 19 years ago. Along with serving others in their respective businesses, life is full with 3 adult children, two daughters-in–law, soon to be son-in law and 6 grandchildren who are all local. Both have been involved in the Young Life ministry for the past 40 years in Wake County. Tracy and Pamela have a passion for practicing the “gift of hospitality” ministering to their family, neighbors, friends and clients alike. Both enjoy traveling, hiking, cycling and pickle ball. Their goal, with God’s grace, is to encourage others in having a “zeal” for God and living life to the fullest. |
