Tom Temple has advised management teams, boards of directors and business owners on Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Alternatives for more than 30 years. For twenty years he co-led Brookwood Associates and early in his career worked in strategic planning for Bain & Company.
In addition to continuing this advisory work, he serves on the Boards of The Augustine Literacy Project, YMCA Camp Harrison, and Shine Charlotte and has served on several other boards of for profit and non-profit entities. Tom has served as a Stephen Minister, participated in a Halftime Roundtable in 2014 and seeks to be a servant leader.
Tom joined the Halftime Carolinas Board in 2020. He lives in Charlotte with his wife of 34 years and has 3 sons in their late 20s and early 30s.
