Paul Norris


As a Halftime Roundtable member of the class of 2015, Paul continues to be focused on “raising the bar” in every area of life and helping other men do the same. Paul and Melonie attend Calvary Church of Charlotte, North Carolina and are involved in several outreach ministries including SIM International, Sports Friends International and Hope for India. Personal interests are growing in the faith, loving on the wife and family, supporting family business endeavors, investments, music, lake activities, my dogs, reading and numerous outdoor activities.

In 2006, Paul founded Consortium Structured Investments, a boutique investment firm located in Charlotte, North Carolina and focused on tax equity investments for Corporations. Consortium has represented both investors and developers in structuring tax equity investments utilizing federal and state Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits, and Low-Income Housing State and Federal Tax Credits.

Prior to Consortium, Paul spent 30 years with Wachovia Bank/First Union and several predecessor banking organizations in management roles in Real Estate Trust, Investment Banking and Capital Markets.

Paul and Melonie (wife of 42 years) live in Charlotte, and have 4 children, 2 daughters-in-law and 7 grandchildren.
