Claire spent her 36+ year career as a Human Resources leader, the last 22 years as a member of the executive leadership team with Pepsi Bottling Ventures; a billion-dollar joint venture company owned by Suntory and PepsiCo. Here she was most fulfilled doing M&A work, using her talent as a hands-on advisor to the executive team, bringing leadership vision to life, and crafting lasting legacies for the organization.
In 2022 Claire felt led to start a new chapter in life and “retired” from her corporate job and participated in the Triangle/Triad Roundtable where she was able to evaluate and identify who she would become in her second half. Through the Roundtable she determined that her gifts are connecting with, coaching, and counseling business professionals to discover their gifts and engage their life’s passions for spiritual growth. Becoming a Halftime Coach and Roundtable Facilitator became an obvious and natural fit.
In addition to leading and coaching others through their second half, Claire is also coaching young professionals and emerging leaders.
Claire and Chris have lived in Raleigh, NC for nearly 25 years, have been married for over 35 years and have 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, and one exceptionally beautiful granddaughter. Claire enjoys music, travel, cooking, interior design, and entertaining.
