SUMMARY:Guided Silent Solo Retreat with Lloyd Reeb in Pinehurst\, North Carolina
DESCRIPTION:Throughout your Halftime or 100x Forum experience you’ve heard us talk about the power of a silent solo retreat. These intentionally scheduled times away from the busyness and distraction of everyday life calm our hearts\, focus our thinking and fine-tune our ear to God’s voice. If we want confirmation of our calling\, we need to slow down long enough to hear from the Caller. \nWhat we hear from Halftimers\, however\, is that they run into challenges when it comes time to actually do their retreat: \n\nWhere would I go? For how long?\nI’ve scheduled them in the past\, but it seems I always need to cancel at the last minute.\nWhat specifically would I do once I got there?\n\nBy joining a coach when they go on their own personal retreat\, all of those barriers are removed\, so we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. \nWhile a majority of the retreat time is spent on your own and in silence\, Lloyd will have light structure and content to enhance your own retreat experience. \nLodging\, meals and materials are provided – you just cover your own travel expenses. \nDate: December 5-6\, 2025 \nTime: Friday\, 4:00pm to Saturday\, 4:00pm \nLocation: Private\, historic home in Old Town Pinehurst\, NC \nCost: $200 (includes lodging\, meals and materials)  \nIf you would like to join Lloyd\, please email Priscilla George at priscilla.george@100xforum.org to register or for more info. \nOpenings are limited

SUMMARY:Live Webinar with Halftime Alum\, Jason Spaeth - REPLAY AVAILABLE
DESCRIPTION:Have you designed a roadmap? A roadmap is a game plan to form a vision for making the next season the best season. \nIt includes your long-term desires\, personal mission statement\, and a set of specific action plans to  make a focused impact. \n\n\n\nBut what do you do when something grabs your heart that isn’t part of your roadmap strategy?\n\n\n\nWhen we encounter something devastating like a global crisis\, family in need\, or systemic injustice — how do we know if it is a distraction or a redirection? \nIn this 30-minute webinar\, we will dive into Halftime Alum\, Jason Spaeth’s journey of feeling called to preserve hundreds of thousands of acres of American grasslands — to being all in helping Afghan refugees in deep crisis. \nTogether we will explore wisdom for pivoting after coming face-to-face with a big need. \nFor those who can stay on\, there will be an interactive Q&A for an additional 20-30 minutes. \n\nClick here to register & SAVE YOUR SPOT OR CATCH THE REPLAY\n\nAbout our Featured Alum: \n   \nJason Spaeth manages Darrigans Creek Capital\, a single-family office established in 2015. SUMMARY:"Coffee with Lloyd" Webinar: The 3 Most Important Things I Learned From Bob Buford
DESCRIPTION:If you have had a wise mentor in your life\, you will know the feeling that you can’t quite tell where you leave off and he or she begins. \nThe influence of an older\, seasoned leader infusing wisdom into your everyday life over many years is priceless. I had the privilege of journeying side-by-side with Bob Buford for more than 20 years. We began our friendship when I was just 36 and today I am 58. \nIt is hard to measure the impact of a mentor until many years pass – and they have for me. Today\, as I review my thick file of hand-written notes and email and conversation notes from my times with Bob\, here are the three that I believe have had the biggest positive lasting impact on my life. \nOne is about me and my unique design\, one is about my future\, and one is about what I have. All three have drastically changed how I live. More importantly\, all three bring me great joy most every day these 23 years later. \nIn this 30-minute webinar with Doug Piper and me\, you will benefit immediately from Bob’s wisdom in these three areas\, but more importantly\, pick up ideas for finding and benefiting from a mentor in your own second half. \nFor those who can stay on\, there will be an interactive Q&A for an additional 15-30 minutes. \n  \n\nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER & SAVE YOUR SPOT\n\n  \nView our previous “Coffee with Lloyd” webinars (on YouTube): \n• Long-Term Investing: Investing Your Time & Resources in Light of Eternity \n• New Year’s Resolutions…That Work! \n• Deeper\, More Meaningful Family Holiday Gatherings \n• Building Your Platform \n• Surround Yourself for Maximum Impact \n• 3 Essential Limits to Finishing Well \n• The Science of Leverage in Your Second Half \n• Designing Your Own Spiritual Renewal Retreat \n• Taking the “Awkward” Out of Family Meetings \n• Designing Your Own Low-Cost Probes \n• A Conversation with Spouses of Halftimers \n• Creating a Life-Changing Personal Board \n• Including Your Spouse on your Halftime Journey \n• Finally Connected \n  \n

SUMMARY:"Coffee with Lloyd" Webinar: Long-Term Investing: Investing Your Time & Resources in Light of Eternity
DESCRIPTION:Consider this… \nIt’s 1865: The Civil War is ending and all of your wealth is in confederate currency. Before long\, everything you’ve worked to earn will be worth nothing. Unless you can figure out a way to exchange your currency for something with lasting value. \nThe same is still true for us today. Ultimately\, what we have now has short term value unless we figure out how to reinvest it for the long term. \nAt age 58\, it is now clearer now than ever to me that thinking about a 30-year return on investment is not actually long-term investing. From my perspective\, the last thirty years went by very fast and older\, wiser people in their eighties tell me that the next thirty years will go by even faster. \nLong-term investing is about deploying our influence and affluence in a way that will yield the maximum benefit for the rest of our lives and beyond. As a long-term investor\, part of my due diligence then is to study the long-term yields of the things I invest in. \nIn this 30-minute webinar\, Halftime Alum\, Doug Piper\, and I will explore how we can study heaven as diligently as any investment we have ever made. \nFor those who can stay on\, there will be an interactive Q&A for an additional 15-30 minutes. \n\nClick Here to Register & Save Your Spot\n\nView our previous “Coffee with Lloyd” webinars (on YouTube): \n• New Year’s Resolutions…That Work!\n• \n• Deeper\, More Meaningful Family Holiday Gatherings\n•\n• Building Your Platform\n• \n• Surround Yourself for Maximum Impact\n• \n• 3 Essential Limits to Finishing Well\n• \n• The Science of Leverage in Your Second Half \n• \n• Designing Your Own Spiritual Renewal Retreat\n• \n• Taking the “Awkward” Out of Family Meetings\n• \n• Designing Your Own Low-Cost Probes\n• \n• A Conversation with Spouses of Halftimers\n• \n• Creating a Life-Changing Personal Board\n• \n• Including Your Spouse on your Halftime Journey\n• \n• Finally Connected

SUMMARY:"Coffee with Lloyd" Webinar: New Year's Resolutions...That Work!
DESCRIPTION:Revisiting Your Halftime Roadmap \nOne of the key attributes that we see in the lives of Halftime Alumni who stick with their calling over time is Adaptability. \nThey have a way of changing and flexing over decades of service – adjusting their style\, skills\, platform\, and language. When the trend with aging is to become “stuck in our ways”\, somehow these leaders have chosen to become adaptable. \nHow do they do it? \nWe’re learning by watching\, but one thing we see is that they stop regularly and assess what is working and not working\, letting their plans evolve. They get feedback from their family\, friends and personal board. Their hearts are not only open to others’ perspectives\, but they are actively listening to God and those around them. \nIn this 30-minute webinar\, Doug Piper and Lloyd will talk about one possible way to reflect on the past year and plan for what’s next – using your Roadmap as a tool for the process. \nQuestions & Answers: For those who can stay on\, we’ll spend another 20-30 minutes on Q&A. \n\nClick Here to Register & Save Your Spot\n\nView our previous “Coffee with Lloyd” webinars (on YouTube): \n• Deeper\, More Meaningful Family Holiday Gatherings\n• Building Your Platform\n• Surround Yourself for Maximum Impact\n• 3 Essential Limits to Finishing Well\n• The Science of Leverage in Your Second Half \n• Designing Your Own Spiritual Renewal Retreat\n• Taking the “Awkward” Out of Family Meetings\n• Designing Your Own Low-Cost Probes\n• A Conversation with Spouses of Halftimers\n• Creating a Life-Changing Personal Board\n• Including Your Spouse on your Halftime Journey\n• Finally Connected \n  \n

SUMMARY:"Coffee with Lloyd" Webinar: Three Essential Limits to Finishing Well
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our next “Coffee with Lloyd” webinar on July 18th at 9:30am ET. We’ll be talking about Three Essential Limits to Finishing Well (when too much can ruin our second half). \nDuring one of my mentoring sessions with Bob Buford\, when I was turning 50\, he said something like…”Lloyd\, in your first half of life you didn’t allow things like an outsized lifestyle or fear to limit you. You took the time to get clear on your calling and move beyond many limiting factors. I applaud you for that. But in this next season of your life you are going to have to learn to live within your limits.” \nThat’s not often the advice we hear from motivational speakers or find in self-help books. As you can imagine\, my mind was whirling wondering what limits did he mean? In what area of my life was I exceeding my limits that I did not realize? He went on to explore at least five areas of my life where I was likely to try to go beyond my limits and it would eventually cost me. \nSome had the potential to ruin my impact and even my reputation. Others might damage my health. \nIn our second half\, some new limits emerge that we often don’t anticipate\, but they enable us to make new and important contributions if we discipline ourselves to live within those limits. \nIn this 30-minute webinar Doug Piper and I will explore not only the limits that Bob Buford pointed out to me\, but how you can identify the limits that you may need to live within for a healthy and productive second half. \nFor those who can stay on\, we’ll spend another 20-30 minutes on Q&A. \n\nClick Here To Register & Save Your Spot\n\nView our previous “Coffee with Lloyd” webinars (on YouTube): \n\nThe Science of Leverage in Your Second Half\nDesigning Your Own Spiritual Renewal Retreat\nTaking the “Awkward” Out of Family Meetings\nDesigning Your Own Low-Cost Probes\nA Conversation with Spouses of Halftimers\nCreating a Life-Changing Personal Board\nIncluding Your Spouse on Your Halftime Journey\nFinally Connected

SUMMARY:"Coffee with Lloyd" Webinar - The Science of Leverage in Your Second Half
DESCRIPTION:Many Halftime alumni discover their sweet spot and find a heightened level of joy when they see the blessing they bring in others’ lives. I can see it on their faces as they tell me about what they’re doing. \nHow can we maximize the impact of our second half without running ourselves ragged or jeopardizing family and health? From my observation of others who are making what Bob Buford would call “100X impact”\, it’s about focus and leverage. \nIn this 30-minute webinar Doug Piper and I will unpack four elements of leverage and some examples of what that really looks like in someone’s daily rhythm. \nFor those who can stay on\, we will interact around your questions for another 15-30 minutes. \n\nClick here to register & save your spot\n\nView our previous webinars: \n• Designing Your Own Spiritual Renewal Retreat\n• Taking the “Awkward” Out of Family Meetings\n• Designing Your Own Low-Cost Probes\n• A Conversation with Spouses of Halftimers\n• Creating a Life-Changing Personal Board\n• Including Your Spouse on Your Halftime Journey\n• Finally Connected

SUMMARY:"Coffee with Lloyd" Webinar - Designing Your Own Spiritual Renewal Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Silence and solitude have been important elements in the Christian faith since Jesus modeled it for his disciples. But many of us who have had demanding careers and busy family lives\, combined with travel and hobbies\, have had the silence and solitude squeezed out of our lives. \nWhen you are in a season of mid-life renewal\, no amount of good thinking will enable you to discover your calling. As an elderly Chinese pastor once admonished me\, “…remember young man\, your calling is a gift to receive\, not a goal to achieve.” \nWe have found that one of the best things you can do in your Halftime journey is to learn how to take time away by yourself to be still and listen to God. A short devotional each morning is important\, but it plays a different role in your life. A silent spiritual retreat for a day or perhaps longer will take you to a different place. Most of the people I have coached over the past 20 years who have tried a spiritual retreat have found it so valuable that they cannot imagine how they got this far in life without regularly taking this kind of break from the noise. \nSo how do you get started and what can you do to make this really fit you personally? \nThis 30-minute webinar will focus on what we have learned about the essential elements for your retreat\, and some creative ways to adapt the setting and pace. For those who can stay on\, we will interact around your questions for another 15-30 minutes. \n\nClick here to Register and Save Your Spot!\n\n  \nView our Previous Webinars:\n• Taking the “Awkward” Out of Family Meetings\n• Designing Helpful Low-Cost Probes\n• A Conversation for Spouses of Halftimers\n• Including Your Spouse in Your Halftime Journey\n• Creating a Life-Changing Personal Board\n• Introducing Lloyd Reeb’s Newest Book: Finally Connected

SUMMARY:"Coffee with Lloyd" Webinar - Taking the "Awkward" Out of Family Meetings
DESCRIPTION:In your Halftime journey\, it’s important to bring your family and friends into the conversation. Often they don’t fully understand what you are going through\, and it can raise questions and even fear. As you lean into what will make your second half the best it can be\, family is a big part of that\, as well as discovering our calling\, building a sustainable financial plan and our personal/spiritual growth. So family conversations are almost always part of Halftime\, even for those who are single. But\, if your family is like mine\, there’s a certain amount of ‘eye rolling’ and awkwardness that bubbles up when we plan a formal conversation about our family. \nWhy is that? What are the simplest and most creative things Halftimers have done to make it less awkward\, and what are the most important things to keep in mind as you engage your family in your own mid-life renewal process? \nPlease join us for this free 30-minute webinar. In addition\, you can post your questions on the webinar sign-up page before\, during and after the webinar. Lloyd will try to answer all the questions during the optional 30-minute Q&A following the webinar. \n\nClick Here to Register & Save Your Spot

SUMMARY:"Coffee with Lloyd" Webinar - Designing Helpful Low-Cost Probes
DESCRIPTION:Most people in Halftime are looking for clarity. Clarity about their purpose\, but also about where they should live out that purpose…what organization\, what role. We help them get clear\, get free and get going. \nSome find they are already in the best organization\, so they stay where they are but work toward somewhat different outcomes. Many build a portfolio of roles\, wrapped around a common interest. \nBut almost all need a way to test out their mission as a way of getting clear. We call those Low-Cost Probes. \nThis 30-minute webinar will bring to your doorstep all that we have been learning about how to test out your personal mission statement. Then\, if you have questions\, we’ll stick around for a little longer to talk through them. Hope you can join in! \nClick Here To Register & Save Your Spot

SUMMARY:"Coffee with Lloyd" Webinar - A Conversation for Spouses of Halftimers
DESCRIPTION:For Spouses of Halftimers: a path to greater alignment\, intimacy and celebration\nMany people enter Halftime to explore what’s next for them…only to discover that a healthy midlife renewal has to include the other stakeholders in their life. If you’re married and in Halftime\, then your spouse is the primary stakeholder in the journey\, but it is often confusing to them. \nThis webinar is for spouses of people in Halftime. Just share this link – Coffee with Lloyd_For Spouses of Halftimers_Feb 19\, 2019 – with your spouse and encourage them to join in. \nYour Halftime journey can look a lot like a midlife crisis. It can bring up fears or uncertainty for your spouse. Many spouses wonder why it needs to involve them; ‘after all\, isn’t this just about your next thing’? Some spouses have been looking forward to this next season together\, and they would like to tap into some of the process\, assessments and coaching that you’ve been enjoying. \nIn this short 30-minute webinar Linda Reeb\, co-author of Halftime for Couples\, will share what she’s been learning from many years co-leading couples’ retreats. It will help you avoid common mistakes. Your second half could be the very best season together. \nFollowed by optional 30-minute Q & A. \nClick here to Register and Save Your Spot\n

Yet many successful people reach midlife and discover that much of this intimacy has been squeezed out of their marriage\, family and friendships. They have lots of acquaintances\, some buddies\, but few if any deep\, lasting relationships. If that’s you\, I can relate. \nThis book is dedicated to helping hard-charging leaders build deep intimate relationships as they reinvent themselves for their second half. Intimacy with their spouse\, their kids and grandkids\, friends and\, most importantly\, for those who are coming from a faith perspective\, with God. Intimacy is a skill we are seldom taught or compensated for in our first half careers; however\, it’s essential to a rich and meaningful second half. Out of intimacy comes trust\, understanding\, romance. \nMy objective is that if you invest 90 minutes reading Finally Connected you will better understand what real intimacy looks like and why it is key to a fulfilling life. It will also help you craft a roadmap to take the most important next steps.” \n Click below and download it for free:   \n\nFinallyConnected_E-book_byLloydReeb_2018

SUMMARY:Halftime Carolinas Annual Alumni & Friends Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:Please join us – the Halftime Carolinas Team\, Alumni and Friends – \nfor our annual luncheon. Meet others who share your desire for \ntheir second half to be filled with meaning\, joy\, and impact. \n\nRegister\n\nBe inspired by two powerful Halftime alumni stories. Real Estate Developer Tim Sittema who co-founded Freedom Communities. Barb & Allin Foulkrod who helped launch Hope Reins. And something new this year…connecting your interest with a Halftime alum who shares that interest…in a small group at the luncheon tables…more details below. \n  \n \nTim Sittema is Managing Partner of Crosland Southeast\, a diversified real estate development and investment company. Tim went through the Halftime Roundtable in Charlotte in 2010 and there developed his personal mission statement of bringing glory to God by living generously\, loving well\, and utilizing his real estate platform to support Kingdom builders and ministries while seeking opportunities to bless partners\, associates and clients in eternal ways. Living out this mission has led directly to Tim’s involvement in Freedom Communities\, a holistic effort to interrupt the cycle of generational poverty in West Charlotte.\n  \n   \nBarb and Allin Foulkrod are both Halftime Institute alumni. They both helped found Hope Reins of Raleigh. Allin is the President of Creative Visions in Raleigh\, NC. Allin and Creative Visions have been dedicated partners of Hope Reins since its inception in 2010. \nHope Reins (www.hopereinsnc.org) combines everything that we love: the redemptive power of the Gospel\, family\, community\, horses and the outdoors. We provide comfort to hurting children and their families by providing one-on-one sessions between caring leaders and extraordinary ‘equine counselors\,’ many of whom are rescued horses and faced abuse and neglect themselves. All are free of charge. Barb’s role is to maintain the character and integrity of our organizational culture. Allin brings his seasoned strategic mind as an entrepreneur. \n“Our favorite moments happen when the Lord showcases His healing ower and hope-giving love.” \n  \nConnecting Opportunity!\nSome of our Halftime alumni will be available to share their passion and experience in a particular field – during lunch\, and also before or after lunch (as suits the host and those who sign up). Space is limited to just 8 per table – sign up early to reserve your spot.
